Aircraft turnaround is the ground process of preparing an aircraft for its next flight after arriving at a gate or stand. It covers everything from the moment the aircraft parks to the moment it pushes back again.

How It Works#

The turnaround begins the instant the aircraft arrives at the stand and the ground crew moves in. Multiple teams work in parallel to meet the departure time. Each team has a defined role, and delays in any one area can hold up the entire process.
